• Account information such as name, email address, phone number, role, login/session details, and assigned sites.
• Application and device information such as app version, browser or device type, network request details, diagnostics, and usage activity needed for security, troubleshooting, and service operation.
• Site and equipment information such as station names, site identifiers, addresses, tanks, probes, sensors, dispensers, POS and ATG equipment details, inventory readings, alarms, status, and related operational records.
• Compliance information such as inspection items, monthly reports, case files, documents, due dates, notes, issue history, assignments, notifications, and other records used for UST compliance and environmental reporting workflows.
• Support communications and requests submitted by email, phone, forms, or in-app workflows.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to authenticate users, provide access to authorized sites, display equipment and compliance status, generate reports, send operational or compliance notifications, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, support customers, improve reliability, and meet legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations.

No Advertising Tracking

WebbViewer Mobile and WebbViewer do not sell personal information and do not use advertising tracking, advertising profiles, or cross-app tracking for targeted advertising. We do not share app data with third-party advertising networks.
